When you request a vehicle appraisal, AutoLink Exchange may collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, preferred contact method, vehicle information, title and condition details, comments, and optional photographs. We also record the time of consent and limited technical information used to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review your vehicle, contact you about your inquiry, arrange an inspection or pickup, maintain submission security, troubleshoot email delivery, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting the form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Contact permission

Photos and sensitive information
Only upload materials relevant to the vehicle appraisal. Cover or remove unnecessary sensitive information from titles, registrations, or other documents before photographing them.
Retention and disclosure
Protected server copies of appraisal submissions and photos are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Copies delivered to the business Google Workspace mailbox follow the mailbox retention settings. We do not sell submitted personal information. We may disclose information to service providers needed to operate the website or when required by law.
Security and your choices
